The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms but could use a fridge. The courtyard view was a bit depressing due to minimal natural light. The staff was not extremely courteous but not rude either. The location was great for sightseeing but not too close to the city center. The dining had a nice variety but needed more cheese options.

The small courtyard at the back was not the most comfortable for families. The service was exceptional, with a very friendly and kind staff offering high-level service. The staff was endlessly apologizing for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. However, on a Friday evening, one staff member was drunk and sleeping which disrupted the service. They were always busy on their cell phones and had no time for questions from the guests.
